The Islands of Anita in Lipari is not a hotel, so the entire property is required to be rented for a minimum stay of 5 nights.
In the month of August, the minimum stay is 6 nights.
- The availability request is not a booking confirmation.
- To make a reservation it is sufficient to simply reply to our e-mail communication of availability.
- The reservation is confirmed by e-mail by sending the deposit to be paid within 2 days following the booking, otherwise it will be automatically cancelled.
- The amount of the deposit (equal to 30% of the total amount of your stay) will be communicated to you at the time of the booking
- If the reservation is cancelled 30 days before your expected arrival, the deposit will be refunded
- Check-in: from 2:00 pm to 8:00 pm
- Check-out: before 10.00 am
- The reservation will be confirmed with your arrival before 8:00 pm, in case of no-show, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the entire deposit will be kept
- IMPORTANT: any arrivals after 8.00 pm must be communicated via e-mail / telephone.
- In case of early departure, the amount of the remaining days will still be charged.
- All rooms are non-smoking.
- Payment method: bank transfer
Cancellation: The cancellation does not involve any charge, if made at least 30 days before the expected date of arrival. The deposit will be charged in case of late cancellation or no-show.
